Salon Policies
Extension Questionnaire Form is Required for all clients interested in extension services. Please fill out the form prior to scheduling a consultation.
All chemical services require a consultation prior to booking.
All appointments can be rescheduled ONE time. After that appointments will automatically be canceled to prevent excessive rescheduling.
Deposit Requirements: A 30% deposit is required for all extension Install Services ( except crochet Braids) and will be deducted from your service total. Deposits are NON-Refundable and deposit credit will only be applied to extension services. The remaining balance can be paid by card, zelle or cash on the day of service. Deposits will only be transferred one time, no exceptions.
Deposits can be paid via : Zelle(brittany@bglambeautysalon.com),invoice (24hrs)or cash. Appointments will be cancelled if no deposit received after 24 hours
Late Cancellations & No Call No show: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are considered late cancellations and will result in a 50% charge of the original service. If the card does not process you will be subject to paying the fee before allowing to rebook.
Tardiness: We allow a 5 minute grace period. If you are running late please text or call B.Glam Beauty at (336)601-3603 to ensure you can be accommodated.
After the 5 minute grace period your appointment is subject to a late fee(10% of service). After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled automatically and a 50% service charge will occur.
