FAQ’s

  • No extra guest are not allowed in the suite at the time of your service unless they have a scheduled appointment.

  • I do not offer any services that include lace frontals or closures, Box, knotless or cornrow styles. I also do not specialize in short cuts such as pixie cuts. I am happy to offer referrals for these services.

  • Absolutely! Wi-Fi is available for clients who may be working during their appointment time.

  • After hours appointments can be accommodated depending on availability. Please contact me directly for this accommodation as after hour appointments will be subject to an additional fee and need to be scheduled accordingly.

  • Services are not provided to children under the age of 13.

  • When scheduling appointments for salon services, we are aware that the time of both client and stylist is valuable. We ask that you let us know about any changes to your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Any missed appointments without sufficient notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Often this is not able to be accommodated due to availability and time needed to customize extensions in preparation for your install. However a consultation can be done will receiving other services that have already been scheduled.

  • Complete the Extension Pre- Consultation form and schedule a consultation to determine which extension method is ideal for your hair type.

  • No . However appointments can be made up to 2 hours prior to an availability.

  • Yes , you may purchase online gift cards through our website.

  • Yes! Please visit the booking site to sign up for the waitlist and receive notifications for openings.
